#Accessible from the basement level of both James House & Kilmer House
Both James House and Kilmer are condominiums with shared basement level mechanical systems. The buildings were constructed in the 1970s and converted to condominiums in 1980.
The Homeowners Association maintains the common elements of the Village. Both houses feature door staff, a swimming pool, and an exercise room.
Both houses feature a distinctive exterior design, including a brick wall, 8-foot wide white oak floors, and five-inch moldings.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double wall oven, and a built-in microwave.
A spacious owner’s suite with a spa-like en suite bathroom with separate vanities and a large walk-in closet completes the main level.

Several conveniences are offered to residents, such as Text for Your Car, which lets them pay online using their smartphones.
#Laundry rooms
The laundry rooms at the James Kilmer Garage and the James House are available to residents. Residents use laundry rooms in the basement, near the Garage Office, and on the second and third floors of the James House.
Residents may purchase laundry cards from the vending machine in each room, or add money to them through an app.

#Memberships available
The James House fitness center is located on the lobby level, and is available for residents over the age of 18. Members have access to a variety of cardio and weight-training machines, as well as free weights.
The facility also has two cable TVs, including one with closed-captioning. Additionally, the facility is equipped with Wi-Fi. Residents must be at least eighteen years old and present a valid picture ID.
